I have been keeping a daily food diary for about two weeks now... have not really made much progress yet, but love the tools this program provides. Dang, it is hard to get under the target calories everyday!!! I am one of those who refuses to give up healthy foods just because it has fat or carbs, as long as I avoid processed foods. Me thinks it will take a loooong time to reach my lofty goal, but as long as I feel better and get my rear in gear, that is the whole point, right? I just started Couch to 5K, so hopeful that will help. :-)
