It's basically pretty easy once you start doing it. Just mark down what you eat.0 -
Seems even just filling in today so far coffee's are going to be a major issue :-(0

As you build up a list of regular food & drinks it gets much easier, and you can copy whole meals from one day to another.
Trust me you'll get the hang of it soon enough. :glasses:0
