feeling depressed.

I always assumed I was 90kgs/210 pounds I weighed in today and am 230 pounds/105 kgs I just need encouragement....and a game plan.what should I do? I want to be 143pounds by December. is this reasonabl/achievable?

The best thing you can do is just start! Set up your MFP profile, start logging (today!), spend some time reading all the posts here (especially the success stories), make some friends for support, and maybe get out for a walk today. You'll feel very accomplished and motivated at the end of the day! I promise. Do the same tomorrow, and the next day... Keep learning and growing and changing and logging your calories. It's fun in a way! The most successful people here REALLY know their bodies.
Don't worry about what you'll weigh in December. Just worry about what you're going to DO and what choices you'll make on a one-day-at-a-time basis.

90 lbs in 8 or so months would be tough. Losing a pound a week you need to be at a 500 calorie deficit per day. Do this and you'd lose 32 pounds or so which is more realistic. You could increase the deficit a bit more to lose more, but be careful not too restrict yourself too much. I'd say get ample protein and fat and keep the deficit around 500 calories per day...you won't lose 90 lbs by December, but you will lose enough where it will be very noticeable.0
