Hey guys,
I need some advice. I'm falling back into old routines due to extensive overtime in work (it includes my weekends gone too
) I don't get enough time in the day to go the gym and i've been eating tons because it's the only thing keeping me going through the long hours!
I have lost my will power and throwing all my hard work out the window! >_<

HI,
I have the same issue at my job, but i just make time to go for a walk at least during lunch time.
Of course its not the same as going to the gym but its better then nothing!
Also you should start with eating 6 times a day, this will also help you through the day!
And start logging more between the lines at work get your phone and log your food, you will get scared from all the calories you are eating and this will help you get back on track!
Everyone will have ups and downs, since i started i got a few alreadyand I am only started 3 weeks ago..
Just keep pushing and pushing your self you will be fine.
Keep up the good work! you lost already 44 LBS? It would be a shame that you throw that out of the window!
C'mon you can do it!0 -
Hi!
Thanks for the replyIt is difficult but I will try and log more it might get me more worried on the crap that i'm eating instead of the good stuff! I will walk on my dinners too and get my legs moving a little!

Well we can't do much. You're the only one who can stop.
Log, keep healthy snacks at hand, have some tea if you need a pick up.0 -
try and stand as much as you can at work if you have a desk job - walk about when on the phone etc - it really helps
try and make lots of healthy foods in advance - I always have some precooked turkey burgers, chicken, and healthy chili in the fridge and / or freezer - I realized it does`t take any longer to cook 4 burgers as it does to cook 1
My greatest time saving discovery is that leaving 1/4 cup of brown rice in 1/2 cup of water for a few hours "cooks" the rice - you just need to zap it in the microwave for a minute to warm it - warm some chicken and throw on 1/4 bag of salad you have a healthy meal in 5 mins
For snack attacks - I like to have lots of raw veggies on hand - there is a limit to the damage you can do with a bag of carrots ! Also the 100 cal bags of snacks are good to keep salty / candy cravings under control0
