Binge - how bad is it?

Hey guys and gals, I've got a terrible question and I'm in need for an answer!
I've been dieting for quite some time and started reverse dieting about a week ago, not because I was yet satisfied with the outcome, but because I was cutting on low calories (at least it felt like that). I expected my TDEE to be roughly 2500cals and dropped it down to 2000cals on the day I began cutting.
Everything went fine for quite some time but a bunch of weeks ago, I hit a plateau and stripping the calories (from 1800 to 1700) didn't do a damn thing. I was frustrated as hell and decided to start a reverse diet but the weekend right before, was full of awful decisions and loads of food. Instead of a general refeed day with 2500cals (800 on top of the 1700 where I plateaued) I consumed roughly 3000cals in total. At first I was shocked but in the end it somehow crushed my plateau, even though I'm eating +100cals more every day due to the redieting process.
Long story short: Tomorrow I wanted to increase my intake another time by +100 but instead of a usual refeed today, I binged another time, even worse with probably up to 4000cals. Now that's almost double the calories I wanted. Do you think this will have a severe effect on my reverse diet and what would you suggest me to do tomorrow? Should i regularly bump up my intake to 1900cals? I've heard of people responding very well to these crazy refeed days opposed to "normal" ones.

Before I forget that - Is it even possible to mess up a reverse diet apart from gaining too much fat? Because I'd really like to maximize my metabolism.0
