What kind of exercise should I do?

I haven't worked any kind of exercise routine into my weight loss journey yet and I know I need to the only problem I'm having is I'm very big like over 400 and I lost 14lbs in 3 weeks without any exercise and I can only imagine that those numbers could go up if I started working out but some stuff is harder for me to do. What's the best workout I can do for myself? Another thing is I really don't want to have like all this crazy loose skin hanging around like my stomach and *kitten* and arms, what workouts should I incorporate into my routine to make sure while I'm losing the weight my skin is also tightening up?

How about swimming, it really is an all round toner, or start off by going for long walks, good luck.

swimming would be great, as is walking. go at your own pace and use those workouts to develop a baseline of fitness. after a few months, maybe look into a joining a gym where you can do things like leg press, chest press, lat pulldown and shoulder press.

Walk, swim, dance, hoola hoop. My biggest suggestion is find something you will enjoy.

I am a firm believer in the importance of strength training for health and aesthetics, but first find something you can enjoy adding to your lifestyle.

My largest weight was 245, and I definitely wasn't about to start jumping around or doing burpees or push-ups, so all the feelz. I started by walking, then looked into fitness programs that didn't involve jumping. Zumba was a good start for me, and i am now able to do most of the things in power 90, and most yoga moves.
