the hard part is keeping motivated, i started to flunk after 2 weeks but a good work out today soon boosted me back up
I have only been using MFP for 15 days

do whatever you can to stay motivated. plan small rewards. (not food!) spend some time on the boards every couple days or so, it really helps. there will be bad days, and good ones. if you feel you are about to snack and you know you shouldn't, go for a walk. or up and down some stairs for 5 or 10 minutes. you will be surprised how you don't want it after that. you might still be hungry, but you will make a healthier choice, and will have earned a few calories!0
