I am spastic. Why do I need to constantly think of what to eat & do? Plan
I did well yesterday. Went for my walk, did what I had to do with the kids, worked, did the fundraiser thing, & did a little on my class project. I did plan my meal for today. It is constant going.
My job is at my desk & people bring brownies & bagels. Grrrrr But I hung in there & just drank water & had a cup of green tea. Am i crazy????:

The first few days are the hardest. When you just stick with it, it becomes second nature and you don't even want treats. Just stick with it and remember your end goal. And if you feel yourself slipping, just let us all know!!! MFP is AWESOME for support and motivation. Good luck!

And you're definitely not crazy. I'm sure almost everyone on here had it really rough the first couple of days. I know I did for sure. Hang in there!
