Should I Shave My Thinning Hair?

I have been losing hair for years now and it has gotten pretty thin up top now. I am only 24 so it kinda sucks, I'm so self conscious about it now as it is pretty noticeable.

Wanted to know from you guys whether i should shave it all off? Think it will look good? Thanks for the feedback!

Here a couple pics...

It's kind of thin all over, so keeping it short like you've got it looks fine, and it's a lot lower maintenance than shaved.

Hard to tell until you do it, but you look like you've got the skin tone and head shape that could pull off shaved and look good. Shoot, give it a shot -- it'll always grow back if maintaining it is a hassle.

I have really thin hair for a girl and it's so embarrassing, so I can kinda relate.

Your hair doesn't look very thin in the picture of you in the blue shirt. It actually looks like you've got a little bit of a buzz cut in that picture in my opinion. You look really good in that shot, so maybe try a buzz cut and see how you feel about that?

Worst case, shave it, hate it, and it'll grow back. (:

I started losing my by handfuls, literally, at 25 and have been using trimmers to knock it down as low as possible every few weeks. It just looks better to me, i mean it's still noticeable but it doesn't look as bad as long hair and then suddenly nothing but bald spot.
