Question is, did you get the way you are overnight? Didn't think so. It is not going to go away over night either. Just hang in there and stick with it.0

are you sticking to the program calorie intake and suggested exercise? maybe add more water ?0

I feel the same way. Not seeing much progress though I track everything and workout everyday. I keep making little changes and haven't noticed much difference. Haven't gained, which is good - but not losing either. I know it's a patience thing, it's just really frustrating to be stuck in the same place for so long. But I plan on sticking with what I'm doing, and you should too. We can do this!0

I agree...the weight didn't go on overnight and will not come off over night. But if you are still having troubles try to find out why. First are you too high on carbs? Are you too high on sodium? Are you too low on calories or water? What time of day to you eat? Are you on medications? There are many reasons you may not be losing weight. First make sure you get enough calories in so you aren't starving yourself. But when you take in calories make sure they are healthy. Low sodium so you don't retain water. Drink lots of water to flush out your system. Make sure you are logging all of your drinks. Maybe you are getting hidden calories. If you are working 30 mins of cardio a day and 20 mins of strength training, and eating and drinking right but the weight still won't come off, talk to your doctor. You may need to have medication changes or have your thyroid tested. I'd say give it a week longer. If you see no results at all in the scale reading, the inches on the measuring tape, or the way you feel, make an appointment with your doctor and see if he can find the cause.0

A few questions:
-Are you eating ENOUGH? MFP gives you a base amount to eat, plus you're supposed to eat back most of your exercise calories, which are added to your daily goal on the food log. I eat my base plus 50-75% of exercise calories and steadily lose weight. You do need to eat ENOUGH in order to lose weight successfully, as odd as that sounds.
-Do you drink enough water?
-What quality of food are you eating? If you're eating mostly processed foods, that may be hindering weight loss. I recommend getting your calories mostly from: fresh veggies, fresh fruit, lean protein (chicken/turkey/fish or vegetarian alternative like tofu or seitan), eggs, healthy fats like nuts/seeds and avocado, whole grains that are as unprocessed as possible (brown rice, quinoa, etc.) and some dairy.
-Are you watching your sodium levels? (If you're eating processed foods, this is likely to be a problem) High sodium diets encourage water retention.
-Do you drink much alcohol? Some people find this slows their weight loss.
-Do you do the same exercise every time? I don't have much personal experience with this, but I've been told that (especially when you're stalled or when you don't have much to lose) you need to mix it up and change your routine regularly.
Just some things you might want to look at.0 -
It looks like you're trying to lose 15lbs which is a small amount of weight, if you want it to come off permanently then it also needs to come off slowly. I'm not sure how long you've been working at this but patience can not be stressed enough. Also, when you say you're eating way less, what does that mean in terms of calories? If you're under-eating that will not make the weight come off faster...it will only make you more impatient and miserable. I'd also suggest trying making sure you're diet has as little processed foods as possible, the cleaner you eat the better/faster your results will be.0
