I am a 25 year old male living in Ontario. I started dieting last may at 244 pounds I hit about 180 pounds a few months ago but gained some of it back. A friend suggested the app and it's been an awesome tool to keep me honest.
I am looking to make some friends to keep motivated and exchange ideas about exercises and diet. Recently I have been eating fast food and would really appreciate some tips on what people are eating when they are out of the house 14+hours a day.

I eat fast food occasionally but I find the more I eat it, the more I want it and it can be the damn devil!! I eat what I want in moderation but try to eat as much good for my bod stuff as I can. I exercise almost everyday even if its for 20 min. You will totally reach your goals just hang in there!!!!0
