Hi All,
im new to this, im also on weight watchers, altho its not going so well, frankly its peeving me off, I follow it, eat well, but the weight loss is soooooooooo slow, this seems easier, and I love how it shows you the fat/carb and sodium value.
any support would be appreciated, I was 230, lost 96 kept it off for 17 years and now in 4 years I have gained 40 pounds, ick I feel so bleuch, mind you it was hard to maintain, yea I have an eating disorder, ive sought out help and I am getting better, no binging for 18 days now, and no starving myself, funny I hadn't a clue why I was always so cranky, lol um ya I was hungry LOL ive incorporated carbs back into my life and for the first time in a long time I am not obsessing about food I will lose the weight however this time the healthy way.
water is also an issue for me , yuck, it may be the reason the losing is going so slooooooooooooooooow.
oh and how do I get the cute weight loss bar on my profile ?
all friends most welcome , I can certainly use the support

2. If you aren't already using one, get and use a food scale. Weigh all solids. Measuring cups/spoons are not accurate:

thank you so much, have the food scale, im a weight loss junkie, been there and done it all over the years just to get down to an unrealistic weight, sighhhhhhhhhh why I wasn't happy at a fit and toned 145 is beyond me.
its ok ill get there again0 -
I would give anything to be as 'fat' as I thought I was when I was in my early twenties. lol ... Amazing how I wasn't happy with myself then but am so eager to get back there now. Perception, I guess. I actually hope to be better toned than I was then but I'm a little worried over how my skin is going to bounce back (or not).0

it will, my bounced back when I was 230, I had abs, now I have 2 flabs lol, do some planks every day, they kill but they work0
