How do you stay on track?

I've been really slacking lately after a really good run and damn near 20 lbs lost. I've still been conscious of what I'm eating but I've been more in the 1700-1800 range instead of my recommended 1200. I haven't gained but I'm having so much issue getting back on track. What helps you stay completely focused and motivated? I guess I'm worried that I'm just going to end up giving up and gaining the weight back because of this hiccup.

    I eat 1600 a day and lose...why 1200? did you chose 2lb a week?

Actually the 1200 is because I don't work where I used to. It used to be more like 1450-1500 or something, but yeah I did choose 2 lbs a week. I'm trying to lose to join the military and I'm on a bit of a deadline.
