Hi I joined this a while ago but then dropped off the radar , my dieting didn't stop I just didn't get around to blogging on here mainly cause I felt closed off and uncertain, and I still do to a extent but thought I'd give it another shot.
I'm trying desperately to lose weight but many factors are to be worked through.
I'm 30 years old. When istarted seriously wanting to lose weight I was a size 30/32 clothing (uk size) and 58H bust.
That was just under 6 months ago.
Since then I've stopped smoking, haven't had a proper cigarette in about 5 months and dropped to a size 24 clothing in pants/trousers and down to a 50H on bust.
But my exercise is limited. A few years ago I was diagnosed with APS or more commonly known as hughes syndrome after losing my son during the third trimester of my pregnancy.
My weight since that time blossomed especially since I was told I can longer work my job and ended up bed ridden due to my APS symptons and suffering blood clots in my lungs.
My partner is massively supportive and has got me to the point where I can stand and walk around for a good couple of hours as long as I rest and take fluids but a lot of things still are beyond my reach right now.
Being such a size and limited to where I can go what I can do (my partner doesn't live with me and lives a good 2 hours away) There isn't much exercise I can do when he's not here and frankly, theres only so much housework I can stand!
I have wrist weights I strap on to do the housework with and Have a leg exerciser you use while sitting down but really looking for other options. I can't go out alone since I am prone to fainting and money is extremely tight since on benefits.
For my size I really don't eat that much either, my partner doesn't really snack or drink pop/soda so got me into the habit of drinking lots of water (I keep 5/6 bottles of it by the bed at any time) and I cut the sugar completely out of my tea and don't snack much between meals anymore.
So looking for friends who might wanna chat and help motivate me a bit, brainstorm ideas etc?
