Need Motivation! Please ADD!

I am looking to have as many people on here as possible as motivation and support if necessary. I don't mind who adds me as i'm pretty laid back. I used to do lots of exercise but since i went from a manual to a non-manual job and having a son, i have piled back on what i lost before. I have tried losing a bit before now but have been way too comfortable to really get into it, so i need a boot up the *kitten* and to really crack it this time. I will be starting 30 Day Shred as of monday and will be logging weights weekly and beginning to log food as from tomorrow morning.
