Chalean Xtreme HELP

Hey I just wanna know if Chalean Xtreme really works! I'm starting tomorrow and I also gonna follow the 30DS program. Now, here's my question: Am I gonna see a huge difference doing this programs? I really wanna change my body but when I say that, in two weeks I left the program that I'm doing at that moment... and I really hate it, but with this I'm really serious. Oh, and I also wanna know what kind of meals do I have to eat, because I've read that if you doesn't eat enough calories you won't see results and do I have to buy dumbbells? I have two dumbbells of 2 pounds each one but I've also read that increasing the weight of the dumbbells in each months will help you A LOT! HELP ME PLEASE!

yes you do have to eat enough, and you will need more then 2 lb dumbbells... i started with 5 and 8's and quickly moved to 10 and 15 and 20 for some... i spent a lot of $$$ getting what i needed but it was worth it! clx is nothing like 30ds and you will get way better results from it as well!

Doing two resistance training programs at the same time is a bad idea. Your muscles need time to repair; that is when the strength gains happen. Working the same muscles day after day with no break is going to burn you out, delay your progress, and put you at higher risk of injury. Pick one or the other. If you are dead set on the idea that you need more exercise to lose weight (which isn't true, weight loss is more from diet than anything else), do some cardio to keep your cardiovascular health and endurance in check.

You have to pick one, I agree. CLX comes with cardio workouts for days off, but if you want to do something else, you can, but it shouldn't be any strength training program to give your muscles time to repair.

And if you don't have heavy weights, use the resistance bands that come with CLX. 2 lb weights are a joke - it's a heavy lifting program... you're supposed to lift heavy weights. I don't lift anything shorter than 15 lbs (for arms and shoulders), and I lift 40 lbs for squats...

For the diet, I did TDEE-20% while doing CLX. I don't know if I can say I got any result though... I lost weight obviously but I was eating at a deficit anyway. My strength increased a little bit I guess, and I didn't lose any muscle, so I guess it's as good as it gets when you're eating at a 20% deficit.
