I just bought a canister of organic naturally roasted carob powder (Chatfield's All Natural). It says it's 25 calories/tablespoon, or 400 calories/cup. Yet here (http://fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/food/flour) it says carob flour is about 250 calories/cup. The names don't matter, carob flour and powder are the same thing.
