To maintain about 1650 + exercise calories
decided to lose a few more lbs so usually net about 1300-1450 depending on exercise0 -
I recently changed my daily goals, and I'm losing at a good pace at 1600 cals 6 days per week with one cheat day per week of 2500-3000 cals.0

You're eating too much, men can eat less when loosing weight. Id say 1400-1600 cals.
Huh?
FYI - I maintain my weight on 3,000 a day. And I'm all girl.
OMGGGG that's awesome!!!!! What do you do? From your pic you look like pure muscle!!0 -
Normally anywhere between 2000-3000 calories, depending on how much exercise calories I've earned. This is to lose 1lb per week.0

You can't possibly know that. I am eating 2000 or more per day and exercising 4-5 times per week. I am easily losing about a pound or a little more per week on average.0 -
1200 or less0

Attempting to bulk but seeming to be in maintenance at an average of 2750 calories per day.0

I maintain on about 2200/day net. Today I ran 25km so I'll be eating a total of about 3700 calories.
Also, lol at the person who says females need to eat 1400-1600. If I want to lose I drop my net calories to 1900-ish.0 -
MFP had me eating 1650 but I cut back to 1500 because I wasn't losing. I don't really exercise except walking but I don't count that because it is just every day activity like walking to pick my kids up at school.0

I'm currently set at 1300 a day, and try to make sure I eat over 1000 at the very least. Just starting counting, and I used to eat everything one day and pretty much nothing another, so.... I'm learning where I'm at. Once I loose a bit of weight, I want to add in a lot more strength training, so I might look to upping the intake at that point. But I'm a long way off.0

Between 1600-1900 on a typical day.. when I am getting my long bike rides in then around 2300 calories0

You are doing really well so far...congrats. You only have 16 more lbs to goal weight - keep doing what you're doing and be patient.
If you aren't losing - maybe play with your macros (ie: more protein, etc) and if that doesn't work try dropping your food intake a bit but probably not much since you have such a high exercise deficit (I would probably try maybe 100 or 150 less)
No expert though.0 -
