For example you slipped ridiculously down some laminate stairs in fuzzy socks, catching and tearing your most comfortable pants and ripping your favorite pair of underpants in the process, making a huge *kitten* of yourself and then making it worse by having to cry out the pain into a pillow while your husband stands by in bemused shock.
But seriously, nothing broken or sprained .Largest bruise to my ego (which is of course my pet name for my butt.) Have a date with my weights tomorrow and looking for some feedback. If you can type

If you're sore, take the day off. Just see how you feel in the morning. Missing one workout isn't gonna hurt you, it may actually help you if you're injured and unaware of it.
Don't stress it. :flowerforyou:0 -

But I'm still with bd0027 - you're going to find out exactly what kind of damage has transpired...in the morning.
And "Just say No!" to fuzzy socks. :happy:0 -
Oh no! Totally sounds like something I would do. I'm such a klutz! I agree with the other posters. See how you feel in the morning.0
