When I grow up, I want to be viviakay. You could tell your husband that your both off the charts! since I'm sure you could do more than 40 bent knee push-ups if you can do 17 regular. I plan on testing myself soon. Also testing myself on cardio, though I expect, it will be my worst rating. There are flexibility and balance tests as well.

So yesterday, I sort of took a day off. I did yoga and walked. I had to force myself not to put the incline on the treadmill as it's been a bit of a crutch for me lately. Today I hope to do BL workout as well as a bunch of stuff around the house.

One day, I will do a one-arm push-up.
The next day, I will lay in bed crying out in pain

It was my force of will more than anything else. . . I was determined to blow his mind. Also, I've always been pretty strong in my upper body. . .it's those viking genes of mine.

Today, I'm taking advantage of the fact the sun is out, and I'm walking until "300 calorie o'clock", with brief stints of jogging to bring the heart rate up.

Happy. . . it is Tuesday, right? Tuesday, ladies!:flowerforyou:

Hi all. Miserable day here in NY again. Rainy & 45 degrees. We had two nice weeks in a row and I got really used to walking every day. :ohwell:

    I did my video AGAIN....man am I boring...

I also changed my goals after reading Banks post about 1000 calorie a day deficits. I changed my goal to one pound a week and now find myself wondering how in the world I am going to consume 1500 calories for dinner alone! I'm down to my last ten pounds....never thought losing JUST 10 pounds would be so confusing.:frown:

I did my measurements today. I've lost 48 inches since November 19th & wish I had some before pics cause I sure don't know where I kept all those inches!

    Happy Tuesday all!:flowerforyou:

Julie, that's great and Vivia, what an inspiration!

I am so happy to be home. I forgot that I put my gym membership on hold during the shoot, so I've got another week before I can go back there.

No worries though...last night I swam for 45 minutes almost nonstop and today I biked to the Santa Monica stairs (an outdoor set of 200 stairs that all the uber-fit locals use for workouts) and did a few laps on them. I used to be able to do ten sets...today I could barely do two. It's okay though, I'll be working my way back soon enough. Strange how one can do an hour on the elliptical but only 10 minutes on stairs.

Today I'm back in the "office" -- actually the old MGM lot where they shot "Wizard of Oz" -- which is so cool. My goal is to eat healthily, go for a walk at lunch, and to do yoga before bed.

    Have a great day all!
