Good food to stop cravings!

Hey guys, I just wanted to share something I've been eating lately which really helps me get rid of cravings and stops me from getting hungry right after eating:

Greek yoghurt with stevia and cinamon.

I'm pretty sure there's something about the cinamon that regulates blood sugar or something, because eating greek yoghurt alone never had this kind of effect on me.

It's also very delicious :D so yea, just thought I would share- I eat this after every meal!

Do you have any go-to foods that stop hunger/cravings?

    I have a really bad sweet tooth, I love chocolate!

    My go to food is two squares of some 74% cocoa dark chocolate once/twice a day and it usually does me fine! :)
    I usually have 100g of Natural greek yoghurt as a protein-based dessert if I ever feel like one too!

    Then of course I have fruit, apples and bananas keep my sugar cravings under control! :)
