Emergency- healthy food ideas!

OKAY.
Without going into it too much, for the past two and a half weeks my family and I have been living off the kindness of others after being made (hopefully) temporarily homeless.
It's basically meant, obviously, that my food and exercise routine has gone out of the window as I haven't had much energy to do anything other than sleep and go to work, and only have access to a microwave and small fridge.
However, it looks like it will be at least another week until anything is sorted, so I come to you, MFP! I can't keep putting microwave ready meals and rubbish food in my body, I'm really starting to feel it. Does anyone have any tips for easy but healthy food that will help me start getting back to normal?
I'm a pescetarian, so I eat fish and seafood but no red meat or poultry and I am lactose intolerant but other than that I'm easy and will eat most things. I was thinking about stocking up on bags of prepared vegetables (broccoli florets, green mixes etc) as I have no tools or facilities to prep food, and getting small fish fillets that I can 'steam' in the microwave. Lunch is fine because I can be really cheeky and go to lunch at work (I work in a school) and get fresh salads and stuff like that there.
Ughhhh really hoping this nightmare will end soon!

I'm sorry you find yourself in such a tough situation. The precut veggies is a great idea. I'll also suggest tuna. I buy the pre-made tuna salad pouches from Starkist. They do not require refrigeration and full of protein. Mission carb balance tortilla wraps have 13gm fiber, are great for wraps and keep longer than bread does.
Get some fresh fruit too. Many keep a long time without refrigeration and require little prep. I hope your situation improves quickly.0
