    We are having Reuben Sandwiches with a side of cabbage and homemade macaroni and cheese. I made a corned beef brisket in the crockpot last night, so Reubens are a great way to use up the leftovers.

    I will also have some green beers in a frosty mug for me and hubby when he comes home from work! :drinker:

    A fair mix of Guinness and Murphy's Stouts and some Jameson of course.... Nice Corned Beef on Rye Sandwich for lunch... probably use the leftovers from the corned beef I made yesterday to cook up some rubens...

    Slow cooking some completely non-Irish corned beef and cabbage in beer and a few other seasoning. PSA: Don't slow cook cabbage, it stinks.
