Food hangover...

Ugh, so disappointed in myself. I gave myself Friday night as a cheat night, but then over ate on Saturday night. I lost 4.5 pounds last week, my first week back to MFP. And then I blew it this week. Trying hard not to dwell on it, but it is such a bummer. Tomorrow is my weigh in and I am dreading it. How do people get over the guilt when they mess up?

    It's food, and only food, there is never a good reason to guilt yourself over it. I'll also say that if you really lost 4.5 pounds in one week there is little doubt about why you binged. That is a massive calorie deficit and it isn't sustainable. Take a step back, reevaluate your goals and only choose a path that you can sustain over the long run.
