Last week, I reached my goal weight, yay! This week, I didn't change my calorie goals or workout regime, but I did work out my calories to allow myself one drink a few times this week. I gained two pounds!! Is it possible that this is from my body no being used to alcohol for awhile now? Literally that was the only change I made , and gained after consistently losing 1lb a week for 2 months,
