I have always wanted to add protein powder to my morning and post workout shakes, but my IBS gets in the way of that. I've tried Whey, Casein and and Whey Isolate and they all give me horrible stomach cramps, bloating, gas and diarrhea (sorry TMI !!) what protein powder can I use that won't mess up my stomach and still tastes good? Please help!!!

Hi
do you wish to try a vegetarian protein powder ?
Your organic store must have some.
If all fails, it is time to talk with your health professional, if protein powder is beneficial for you.
