Hi I just recently started tracking my calories need some more motivation &Support this is my first time on diet. I have lost few lbs in which I think is great. I have only one problem everyday so far I almost lose control between 9-10 am & 3- 5 in the afternoon (sugar cravings too) can anyone help? Thanks and have a great day! ! :):smile

    Hi there. I know what your talking about, cos I feel the same. Just drink lots of water when you start to crave. I hope that will help :happy:
