Getting started at the gym?

I've been losing weight for around ten months now, but it's all been though at-home workouts or running. In about a month I'll be joining a gym for the first time, and I have no idea where to start. I haven't been there yet so I'm not sure what machines they have. I'd like to start to do more weight training along with cardio, but I'm clueless with the machines. Does anyone have any tips or links?
