Help I've fallen and I can't get up!

Could really use support. Seem to have given up a little. Started at 236 down to between 198 and 201 often lately. Not sure what is going to take to get me in gear. Haven't been logging, have been eating whatever, haven't been exercising, Still have 74 to lose. My goal is 136 that would be 100lb loss. Would love to have friends who have lost 100 or have started with that much to lose and are being successful. Would love to encourage others too.

You have had great success so far! Giving up will sabatoge what you have done so far. Are you afraid to succeed? Because you have succeeded so far - you can continue or you can give up. You can do this you have lost like 38 lbs so far. Check your sodium levels and water intake - the fluctuation is not that big. Get back to logging and get back on track! Good luck!
  • Just added you as a friend. If you ever need motivation just look through my pictures. Except for my profile image it's all random motivational stuff I find online. I update it from time to time with new things. :)

    Alrighty then.

    1. Sending you a friend request shortly. This is my second time around here and I cannot tell you the difference having MFP friends has made in my experience and in my results. I have managed to create a network of wonderfully supportive people who offer encouragement, advice, and truth telling. As you read your news feed and forums and see comments from people who seem to have similar goals and values, send them a friend request. Accept every request you receive. I went super stealth underground my first time around and I believe it was to my detriment. This time my motto is , "The more the merrier!"

    2. Here is a friendly kick in the tuckus. You need to log your food. All of it. You need to measure / weigh your food before you eat it. You need to tell the truth about what you are putting in your mouth. You need to move around more, even if it means walking up and down the stairs in your home or parking in the furthest spot from the entrance you use. MOVE.

    3. Do not give in. Do not give up. Like my girl knra_grl said, you have had some great success so far. I wonder if there might be an emotional barrier at 200 that you may need to address. How will your life change if you hit your goal? How will people treat you differently (oh, they will) and are you afraid of what that might look like? Do an internal inventory and be very honest with yourself.

    4. You can do this. You deserve this. But you have got to want it more than staying where you are now.
