Does sanding walls down with normal sandpaper not an electric sander and stripping wallpaper count as exercise?

    I'd say heck yes... just about any movement counts more than sitting around! (And it'd still work even if you were using a sander even if not quite as much exertion as with sandpaper alone.) Plus you're probably up and down off of a stepstool or ladder, right? DEFINITELY work. I wish MFP had a way of logging that kind of activity, and things like housework (for instance I broke up a sweat giving the bathroom an extra-deep scrub down) but think of it as "bonus burning". :glasses:

    Well i did one and a half rooms today with finish that half room once ive had dinner. then i have another 6 rooms to go before wallpapering and painting
