Don't you just love it when you indulge in something only to find that the company it came from doesn't list the ingredients or at least the calorie count anywhere?

    Yep. We're having dinner from a local restaurant as part of a fundraiser for my child's school, and under their nutritional information, they say: Their pizza does not count as getting all 4 food groups, but everything uses fresh ingredients and is MSG-free! But you should mix it up a bit, and maybe get a salad or a lighter option. And if you live close by, you can walk, it's a small price to pay for that extra slice.
