I am considering buying a Polar Heart Rate monitor. I am not good at tracking my heart rate etc. while exercising! I was wondering if anyone had any advice. I am looking at the FT4 or FT7. I am whiling to spend around $100 if you have other suggestions. Thanks in advance!

    I have the Polar FT7 and I love it! It's very easy to use and sooo helpful!!
