Eating healthy, working out and still trying maintain my ideal calorie intake is so difficult!!! How much food can someone consume in one day!!! I'm supposed to rack up on 1,200 calories a day but so far I'm at 753 - 400 burned working out = 847 left that I'm supposed to fit in the rest of the day so that my body doesn't store fat??? This doesn't make any sense!
