Weight Loss Plateau

I've been losing weight fine since October and have lost 32 # but for the last couple weeks I haven't lost anything. I'm eating between 1400 and 1600 calories a day and burning enough calories to give me a 750 to 1000 calorie deficit. I should be losing 1.5 to 2 # a week. What can I do to get the loss going again? Any suggestions are much appreciated.

    I am at the same point now, where my routine doesn't work anymore. I have talked to a few people and each one suggested to change it up. Keep eating healthy and change your exercise routine. I believe, in P90X they refer to muscle confusion. Keep your body guessing which workout you are going to do, and not keep doing the same one, as your body gets used to it, and weight loss stops. I am personally starting a different work out routine, so hopefully it helps. Good luck.
