Brand new on here seeking some motivation and advice hoping to help others along the way to their goals.

But where do I start...Macronutrient Ratio? Carb Cycling? Body Type...believe I'm an Endomorph! Calorie Counting? Progressive Overload Training? so much that's floating around in my head.

However I haven't gone In completely blind. I've done my research and sort of know where I'm heading. Have no idea if it's the right direction but I guess its a direction.

But it all starts here...congratulations to everyone that's doing something to lose/gain/maintain that weight. However the whole point of this is just to say hi all!
