Hi....I am a new member

and just need some idea of how this site works. So basically I input everything I eat for each meal and keep within my allotted calories for the day.?

    Yes - that pretty much sums it up. If you exercise input your exercise and you can choose to eat back those calories burned or not or eat some back. If exercising your calories remaining will adjust in the amount of calories you burned during your workout.
  • What if I am short in calories at the end of the day....today (my first) day I am 350 short?
