When counting calories..

.. do you also need to check the label for fats, carbs and sugar as well? Or is it enough when I consider the calorie content of the product? Thank you for help!

    Pretty much depends on what you want to be aware of before consuming the product. If you are focusing on keeping at a certain level of calories, just keep track of the calories. Other times, people have medical problems that would require to keep track of other nutrients in foods. For weight loss, calories are the most important in my opinion.

    personally I just count calories and ignore the rest. :/

    Yes. Calories are a measure of energy. The macros and micros are the nutrients.
