I have 3 more days left and I will have completed 30DS!!! I did Ripped in 30 last year, so I wanted to try something different. I bought Hard Body today and I really hope I like and can do it. I just read up and heard some great reviews, and some not so great reviews
. All and all, its supposed to have great workout moves, just some people say the DJ is annoying. Has anyone completed thus program? Is there supposed to be a certain amount of days to do each workout? Are weights used?

Congrats on your progress! I just finished the 30ds two weeks ago & now I'm alternating Ri30 with killer buns and thighs. I was thinking about doing the hard body next. Curious to know what people think of it as well.0

The DJ was a little annoying but I just kind of block it out. Its definitely a difficult one but it gets me good a sore so I like hard body0
