why do I only binge on low sugar greek yogurt, dairy and dark chocolate?

trying to figure this out to get back on track. have a whey possible casiein allergy and wonder if the allergy has some connection with the binging. actually chocolate came up on my allergy blood tests too.

these foods are the only ones that cause demise in my diet and compulsivitity that makes me feel like crap and cant sleep!
im not too low on calories, gaining a little here on there or maintaining no weight loss in a long time. haven't reached my goal, at least 15 above maybe more but am okay with that for now at least. am not ok with this diary dark chocolate binging! makes me feel sooooo bad. why posting here-

can you guys relate to this or something comparable? do you have any insight specific knowledge on root causes of allergy binging and remedies? id be very very very grateful to better understand and better cope with manage stop these occasions.
many thanks everyone!!

no, i always want to eat pizza/chips/fries whenever i get that feeling. Especially if you're allergic, I suggest not purchasing these items so you won't be tempted :)

    And never grocery shop hungry.

Each of these is a high fat food. Maybe your body feels it needs more fat? Do you have fat as part of your diet? See if you can fit some nuts, avocado & olive oil into your diet and see if that changes anything.

Also since yogurt and diary both contain calcium (not sure about dark choc) perhaps you need more calcium?

Just suggestions based of my initial thoughts
