Hi! My name is Rosa and I started to keep on track my calories and exercise because i'm trying to lose the hardest last weight of my dieting journey.:explode: ..I started in september 2012 and I weighted 96kg. Since then I've lost 27kg with a lot of struggling against a good amouth of patient and...chocolate :P now I should lose at least 5 kg to be in my goal weight but...is getting very hard! I stand on 1200 calories a day for more than a year...just with little pauses for a week on Chrismas or Easter...you know is very difficult to maintain the amouth of 1200 calories in those days. But I tryied to stai on track as long as possible...but I noticed that the weight loss slow down a lot now =( eaven if I've been active with fitness for almost all my journey. Can you give me some advices to lose weight a lot faster?to give an help to my metabolism? is very disappointing when you keep on and do not see results...because now I feel a bit tired to stay always so careful for what I eat =( And the very little moment I eat something more I feel like I put on weight...I know that I should be careful for all my life because I tend to put on wieght but it is very disconcerting =( thanks if you read this essay :P and sorry for my bad english :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
