Hey Everyone!

I'm new to the site, (only joined the other day) and I'm hoping to keep myself going and lose weight and become fitter.
I'm not doing a diet as I generally can't, but my eating isn't horrible anyway.

Anyway hoping to make some friends here and such :D

    The nice thing about MyFitnessPal is that you do not need to do a "diet." You just need to ensure that by the end of the day the calories of your entries are lower than the calories of your goal.
