Im Wayne, im 30 from Surrey UK and im currently 288 pounds and im trying to lose 100 pounds by Christmas this year. Im really sick of the way i look and im going to be doing everything i possibly can to change that, so yeah, im gonna be here for a while

    Welcome and Good Luck with the goal - it's an aggressive but definitely achievable goal. I should hit my weight before then but will stick around tracking to ensure my maintenance keeps me at the weight
