Help with Carb Cycling

I was doing the Atkins diet and lost almost 10 lbs in two weeks. Well, I got pretty sick of meat, meat, and more meat and took a break. I haven't gained any, but I haven't lost. I decided to start trying for the last 10 - 15 again today. I came across carb cycling and decided to give it a try. I am trying to follow Chris Powell's turbo cycle where you have two low carb days and then a high carb day. Has anyone done this and had good results?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for foods to eat on low carb days? I don't do any kind of fish. And what exactly is "low carb"? Is that under 20g like you do on the first phase of Atkins?
