For the past 3-4 years I have been yo-yoing in and out of my highest weight. I tried keto last year for a few months and lost around 60 pounds but I wasn't working out or anything. In February I started working out and eating less carbs and I lost 20 pounds very quickly but then neglected the diet and exercise but I refuse to give up I am about 395 and 5'5.5'' and I want to get down to 200. I am gonna need some friends or motivation or something. I am counting carbs and calories. thank you for your time.
