what is a good post workout snack?

    apple and peanut butter (1 tables spoon) 160 cals

    1 scoop of whey protein 12 oz water (120 cals)

    Atknis makes these great protein bars. my favorite is thier double chocolate caramel crunch. 160 cals

    Chobani greek yogurt (140 cals)

    1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese (110 ish cals)

    I was gonna say apples and peanut butte too. haha. or try almond butter, it's equally as amazing. usually I have a granny smith apple with some almond butter and it definitely energizes me after a work out.

    pretty much you'll want anything with some protein in it.

    I love the Atkin bars as well and Honey Crisp apples with just a "tad" of peanut butter.
