I did my fitness pal before with great success. After loosing weight I got pregnant and since having the baby I initially lost even more weight but then packed on the pounds.
I'm ready to loose the weight again and keep it off. I don't know why I'm having a hard time getting meal ideas and snacks planned out. Could use some positive support, motivation, and encouragement!
