Ok, so i'm a 20yr old guy and i have wrists the size of most girls... well idk for sure... i never actually compared, but it feels like it!! lol and i cant stand it... i posted a thread about bulking up and hopefully eating more will help contribute to more sturdier / manly wrists hahah, anyways do any other guys suffer from this annoyance? If so how do you overcome and move up in weights? It seems like when i do pushups, curls, bench, etc i always start to feel pain in my wrists, don't get me wrong i still do the exercises just curious how others cope with it is all.
