It is called Keeping Youth Alive. It is written by a man that has gone through all the things most of us are still struggling with. The only difference is that he succeeded and is still succeeding. If any of you are looking for another form of motivation this is a great one. Check it out on Amazon....it is really inexpensive...$3.49 for eReaders. As I read this book I kept nodding my head because it made so much sense. I knew exactly how he was feeling because I am feeling the same way. I have an unhealthy relationship with food that I need to change. The author also has a website with a blog and recipes and fitness tips. It is amazing.

Check it out and let me know if it made as sense to you as it did for me. I loved it.
