Just had to share this site with all my fellow dieters. I saw this website and seriously believed I was "seeing the light..."

I can't speak for everyone, but dinner time is always the hardest for me. I find it the hardest to track the calories and all of the items i throw into the dish etc, so for me ... this is a god send.

I hope it helps someone else out too :)

This is a great site! So far I've tried her Asian Turkey Meatballs with dipping sauce and her Asian Glazed Drumsticks. Very easy recipes!

There is only one problem the sodium content is not listed.

i was thinking the same thing, and after looking through the site, there are quite a few recipes that seem like there would be a lot of sodium in them.

Yeah there are some good recipes, just watch the sodium content like brittany and I have said. The pumkin spice cream cheese looks great for some fall bagels... :-)
