Losing a Little Means a Lot

Hi, i'm Kambrie, and i'm here to just slim down a little bit before spring hits. I'm only looking to lose what I gained over the winter, 8 pounds. I know that's not a big deal, and I hate it when people say "Oh, you don't need to lose weight!". I know they're just trying to make me feel good about myself, but I already do feel pretty good about myself. I just think I could be better. Besides, if i lose my little pudge, I will feel so much better :) I noticed that I've gotten into the habit of eating about 5 meals a day instead of 3, and that's a habit that needs to be broken. So, that's my story, not much compared to other dieters, but it's something. I wish everyone success with their diets as well! :)
